During select months in the off season, our home is available for rent at a discounted price with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths from mid-September through February, and in May. Note that our home is not offered with the 5 bedroom option in March, April, June, July, August, nor during Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays.
This option allows smaller groups to stay in a spacious home full of amenities without paying for extra accommodations that your group doesn't need. It also allows groups to have last minute expansion capability should additional friends or family wish to join your vacation last minute. Here's how it works:

It also allows groups to have last minute expansion capability should additional friends or family wish to join your vacation last minute. Here's how it works:
- The base 5 bedroom, 5 bath option has three of the five lower floor bedrooms locked during your stay.
- The locked rooms will be the double bunk bed room, a double twin room, and a king master bedroom.
- The 5 available bedrooms sleep 12 people.
- Should your group expand prior to arrival, you can upgrade to the full 8 bedroom rental. This works particularly well for groups that have friends or family that can't commit to a vacation until the last minute. All it takes to increase from a 5 bedroom to an 8 bedroom home is a phone call to my property manager and quick trip to my home to unlock the other bedrooms.
